New Kickboxing Fitness Program Starts March 5th

 

Class description:

Your goal is to lose weight, better your fitness or last longer in the ring?  This is the class for you!  Incorporating kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques, this no pressure, no sparring, all fun class is designed to give you a full body workout.

You will learn to skip, jump, punch, kick, & use your elbows and knees using proper technique in a safe environment lead by our instructor, Tanya Kendall who has more than a decade of experience. With training on a regular basis our members see an increase in their cardiovascular strength, muscle definition and strength, and gain knowledge and practical practice in self defense.
